one day
i have had one shower since the 1st of june. suprisingly even in what most people would consider this state of severe unhygene i dont actually have any serious body odour. and this isnt only my opinion, i have consulted expert 3rd parties to confirm the fact. having said this my skin is in a state, i have shed a couple of layers off my arms where it has dried out after being starved of any kind of moisture. like a snake skin my skin now is. it does sound disgusting but i quite like not washing, bit like the cave men back in the day. i like not using the chemical intoxification of shower gel and shampoo, a sort of detoxification of the skin and hair. it is impossible for me to shower of bathe, my leg is in plaster to the hip. its hard enough going to the toilet but i do carry out this act as it is somewhat essential to do so.
im getting a bit concerned about my cast, it feels a bit loose and im getting a bit of pain travelling up the old sensory neurones into the central nervous system from the leg. i am a bit of a worryer though so there is probably nothing wrong, its best to double check though. dont wanna end up with my bone not healing properly.
world cup
japan v croatia
krancar looks a good player, spun his man sharp then battered the crossbar. the croat right wing back had a great game too, consistently accurate delivery into the box on a plate for the strikers, 'do u want a knife and fork with that' i heared him say at one stage. he never stopped running, only bad thing was he missed a penalty, he still whipped in a great corner straight sfter though that they almost scored from. nakamura got the left wand working some magic for japan. 0-0
brazil vs australia
the aussies defended for their lives, played a boring defensive game and i still enjoyed watching, even with my dad sat next to me moaning about how rubbish the game was and eventually falling asleep for most of the first half. adriano notched at the start of the 2nd half the fred in the 90th minute. australia made a game of it at 1-0, kewell almost scored from a good 40 yards. ronaldo looked more human than the last game but im convinced there is something wrong with him, he is ill. kaka is brazils best player, he gets through a lot of work, he is fast with great technique. his headder against the bar was well executed, he did miss a sitter though late on.
france vs south korea
underperforming from the french again. they should have won the game, thought it was won at 1-0, then when korea equalised the went into a mad surge and started creating chances. sanol is a good right back, gets forward really well. the korean fans didnt shut up for the whole game, absolutely mental. they showed a spirit that is admirable to the core.
i had ambitions of playing in this world cup for england, i couldnt cut it though. that has to be the best job in the world, playing professional football. a days work cinsists of training late morning then your finished for lunch time most days. of course there is pre season where you train twice a day and all you do is run but still, nothing better.

i am strugling in league 2 with oxford united, the board wont give me any money for players, all my players keep getting injured and im down in the bottom half of the table. i was starting to loose my rag a little bit yesterday. ill persevere though, ill have oxford in the premiership within 10 seasons
